Digital Library Document Delivery Copyright Protection in the Network Environment

The rapid development of networked digital technology,to promote the university library to become a reader base of document delivery resource sharing,teachers,students and readers to the Internet to read,mass download works between users share with each other to transfer files to be easy and unimpeded.Protected by the copyright works online transfer,and violation of copyright,caused tremendous damage to the interests of copyright holders.In response to these conflicts,this paper proposes to build digital library document delivery copyright protection countermeasures.
