Efficiency Evaluation of the Information Warfare System of Air Defense Based on Cloud Model and D-S Evidential Theory

Based on the analysis of factors of the information warfare of air defense,the index system of efficiency evaluation of the information warfare of air defense was presented.The main features of evidential combination algorithm were described and the concept of survival credit was introduced to establish a new evaluation method combined the D-S evidential theory with the cloud theory.The method synthesizes different types of expert's opinion,and realizes the inter-conversion of qualitative to quantitative.Finally,by analysis on the information warfare system of air defense,the method was proved to be scientific and intuitionistic,and to provide a new way to efficiency evaluation of weapon system.
