The construction of the tobacco industry information related to the tobacco industry's survival and development, but the information construction in various provinces and cities are uneven. To strengthen the national macro regulation, the public marketing information platform for industrial and commercial was built. This paper analyzes differences between the provincial information system and the public marketing information platform for industrial and commercial and put forward a unified information technology initiative.
