Telecommunications of China and International Con ferences on Telecommunications during 1927 to 1937

During 1927 to 1937,above 13 international conferences on telecommunications were attended in order to develope Chinese telecommunications industry.Some demands were put forword and discussed but these efforts can't agree with expected results because of membership dues,fees to join and difeerent views.
