Connecting to the practice of developing chemical virtual instrument,the general principles and methods by which data acquisition software is developed based on VB are discussed. At the same time, the program of data acquisition, data transformation, data separation and data process based on PCI2002 data acquisition board is provided. Moreover, a few key issues are analyzed and explained in detail.
