Currently,the driving for acquisition innovation in our army is urgently needed in establishing the standard and applied performance evaluation system for the acquisition of weapons and equipments.On the basis of brief introduction of the content and essence of balanced score card(BSC),the process of performance evaluation system based on BSC is expatiated and the evaluation model are founded.
