Digital Reference Service Evaluation System

This paper first sets up a digital reference service integrated architecture, according to which the digital reference service evaluation system is built. Then all the quality evaluation targets in the system in detail are explained from the aspects of knowledge, services, experts, results, feedback mechanism to users, which make the digital reference service evaluation system correspondent to the digital reference service's architecture.
