The paper conducts a survey of the public behavior of mobile phone reading in three cities:Changzhou,Kunshan and Jiangyin;then summaries the structural features of the public behavior of mobile phone reading.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions to promote the phone mobile reading and upgrade the library mobile information service.
