A New Evaluation Metric for Information Fusion Data Sources

Data sources are the initial inputs for information fusion system.Quantitative evaluation of the data sources can provide a basis for algorithm management in information fusion system.By quantitative computing,a new metric —track easiness degree is proposed,which can evaluate the qualities of data sources and is used to describe how easy it is to track the data sources to get ideal tracks.Results show that track easiness degree is intuitive for algorithm management in information fusion system.
