Engineering design revolves a lot of design data.Partial design data are described in the form of engineering curves.In the paper,an engineering curve is digitized through image import of the engineering curve,image correction,mesh deleting,image simplify and image scan.Furthermore,the linear interpolation and parabola interpolation are used to retrieve and query data.
