Statistical Entropy of Taub-NUT Black Hole

The partition functions of the bosonic and fermionic field in Taub-NUT black hole are directly derived by using the method of quantum statistics. Then the entropy of the Taub-NUT black hole is calculated by using the improved brick-wall method, membrane model. The early result that the entropy is proportional to the horizon area holds only when e is the cutoff parameter and h is the thickness of membrane. When the thickness of the membrane is greater than the cut off paremeter, the entropy consists of a logarithmically divergent term and it is not proportional to the horizon area longer.
