A new measurement for Web navigation interest——preference

The concept of preference is proposed on the analysis of how to represent user navigation interest. Based on this concept, the preferred navigation tree is presented for mining Web access patterns. Then the preferred path is mined from this tree. This method can be widely used in E-business.
