Decision analysis of internet backbone net

To analyze the behavior of two Internet backbone providers(IBPs) in the course of interconnection,the article develops a cooperative game model to analyze the interconnection decision between both of them.The decision is built on the base is of the maximum of enterprises’ profits,under the condition of cooperative game.Two IBPs make interconnection decision choose interconnection quality so as to achieve the maximum of associated profits.The conclusions of cooperative game model can not only be applied to the interconnection decision of two IBP on Internet,but also to ISPs,IBP and ISP,and to the interconnection decision of two enterprises located in other haring of network externality.
