This paper introduces the development platform supported by ArcEngine,product licensing models and technical route of layer operation.Finally,this paper develops mineral resources management information system by combining ArcObject with Java to achieve dynamic create and overlay vector layers,and realizes comprehensive and effective management of Panzhihua mineral resource data.
