Design of Contrat Management Scheme Based on Content Management

Firstly, this paper analyzes the components of contract text, sums up some special characterists of contract text. Next, based on these, the paper presents the design of the scheme in detail by applying the ideas of content management.By adapting the ideas of content management, the Contract Management Scheme introduced in this paper is provided with strong generalization, powerful flexibility and high data utilization. The discussion about this scheme will be helpful to others in this field.
