Analyzed the necessity of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)implement product quotation system in Electronic Commerce,In order to work out the product offer system use complications,cost costly problem,developed a product that contented SMEs request to quotation system.The paper explains the quotation system structure,this paper introduces customer management and offer management module,described the concrete procedures of quotations,and puts forward the concrete method of system implementation.
