Design and Implementation of Information Exchange System Based on XML

A design method of information exchange system based on Extensible Markup Language (XML) is presented and implemented combining with XML technology which aims at the problem of information silos in the E-Government construction at present in China. The general construction and function of the system design method are given. Two key technologies such as system information release and semantic mapping and resolution method are introduced in detail. It is proved that the system has such advantages as stable operation, high performance, powerful functions, etc., which resolve the problem of exchange and share between heterogeneous database.
