Protection of Genetic Privacy on Civil Law

The existing legislation and the judiciary which based on traditional privacy protection cannot complete the modern privacy,especially the protection framework required by individual privacy,it cannot be achieved on the right establishment and reset in accordance with the different stages of personal information process in the right configuration,it cannot be established on personal information privacy through judicial activism,in particular public supervisory framework required by genetic privacy in protection mechanism.Thus,in the post-genome era,it should adhere to basic institutional framework of personal information protection based on the Personal Information Act,establish a special treatment to protect highly sensitive genetic information in the context of Personal Information Law.
