Separate algorithm by equivalent trace and mark based on sistance transformation

Equivalent submerge will be more reasonable to separate overlapping cell by using watershed algorithm.An effective segmenting algorithm using equivalent submerge is presented.Firstly,the seed points are searched from the distance image.Then every seed point is equivalent traced,at the same time,it is assorted and marked.At last,they are separated.The experiment result shows this algorithm can separate clustered cells well and fast.
