Implementation of Voting System for Image Processing Based on Mechatronics

By the analysis of voting system structure and the specific voting process,using the technology of image process and symbol recognition,a voting system is implemented based on mechatronics.The system is based on the OCR,adopts the unique overall box design,optimizes the image processing algorithm,through the positioning and segmentation extracts symbol,and finally identifies some handwritten symbols such as √、○、×、╲、-、╱,and carry out transmission,storage and statistics,realize fully automated processing for election.The election system fully implements the function of the automatic entry and automatic identification of votes,which enables the votes layout can be more complicated with a lot of information,make votes producing,saving,scribbling more convenient,is relatively advanced OCR network voting system.
