Optimized Design of FPGA Based DVB-T Channel Outer Coding

FPGA based hardware implementation of outer coding such as bit stream processing, energy dispersion, RS coding and convolutional interleaving at the transmitter end of terrestrial digital video broadcasting (DVB-T) is introduced. Many times of optimization design make the channel outer coding at the DVB-T transmitter end consume very little resource.
