Changes in the Concept of Copyright System:Taking Google Digital Library Copyright Disputes as an Example

Google digital library copyright disputation reflects the impact on the traditional system of copyright caused by rapid development of digital information technology in Internet Age. The closed-end legislation in copyright system,and the increasing types for copyright protection reflect the overprotection for the IPR,which are against the knowledge sharing spirit of the Internet. Therefore,in the Network times,we should introduce the licensing system of copyright,expand the scope reasonable use of legal license,and reduce the copyright use barriers.
