Research and Implementation on the Platform for Telemedicine Systems

Presents an architecture for telemedicine system based on SIP,aiming at the characteristics of medical treatment information- ization.The use of system platform breaks through the limit of time and space.And the system makes full use of network bandwidth and solves the bottle-neck caused by the huge quantity of accessing to the platform by using the technique of centralized management and P2P media-streaming transmission.At last,the paper explains the practical applications about the system.
