NGN Services Architecture with Resources Synchronization Based on OGSA and Parlay

This paper proposes such a NGN service architecture, which uses OGSA as its main technology and Parlay API for resource management and allocation in underlying networks. And this architecture adopts Globus as its platform for further research and development. A service composition example is presented based on such architecture.
