Adopt the integrated technology of PowerBuilder and .geographical information systems (MapInfo) to designed and developed the Management System of Xinjiang Manasi River Drainage. It utilize OLE technology of GIS developed the data modify, the control management of drainage basin water resource, the analysis of water resource optimizing and the irrigation area information query, etc. The system adopt the Spatialware for Sql Server as interface of the space database and accomplish the network share of space data, the gapless integrated of DBMS and space database.
