Research on Security Mechanism of Geography Information Service

Geography Information Service(GIService),especially the Web Map Service(WMS) and the Web Feature Service(WFS),which is now being applied in many fields,however,it lacks the safeguard at the same time.For guaranteeing the security exchange of requested/response message,ensuring the service access and data acquire according with clients′ role,and protecting the copyright of the spatial data,the security mechanism is advanced,which is based on the Digital Certificate,the Geospatial eXtensible Access Control Markup Language(GeoXACML) and the Digital Watermark in this paper.And the security mechanism for data is described through the three core modules,viz.the Digital Certificate Module,the Access Control Module,and the Copyright Manages Module.
