Based on the theory of the best imitation and assertive rule, using saturated design to research the yield have the relation with density of transplants and application rates of nitrogenous fertilizer and phosphatic ferfilizer on the new variety which is Ynjing-68, set up mathematical model between each element and yield, it come up the optimization method which can receive the high yield over 9 750 kg/hm2.
