Based on status analysis of communication enterprise at present in this paper,We refer to standard of TMF and technology of EAI, aim at information system layout of our country's communication,bring forward the purpose、method and principle of the layout scheme. And gives out an architecture of the information system based on the model of eTOM, and a set of scheme from current system to the future information system scheme.
