An SMS alarm processing scheme in GSM

This paper introduces the AT instruction,the format,coding and decoding of short message in the global system for mobile communications(GSM).Based on these,a short message service(SMS) alarm processing scheme is built in the computer for the monitoring system of power transmission.It enables real-time communication between the computer and the electric cable burglar alarm facilities within the GSM,thus monitors the cable and guards against its theft in non-Internet suburban areas.Some discussion about the classification,design and recognition of short message contents is also included.
