Problem of criminal legislation about computer virus crime

In view of the problem that the present criminal law has limitations in fighting against computer virus crime,the article proposes suggestions to add the item producing and transmitting computer virus crime in criminal law and the method of judging the complicity and the unit criminality by taking the relative legislative experience in the USA as reference and using the method of comparison and analyses.
