Application study of real-time water situation monitoring system

The real-time water situation monitoring system is realized by ArcIMS based on the technique of WebGIS.Data of water and rain received by telemeter device can be real-time and dynamically reflected on WebGIS platform by diagram of curves.This can help manager to analyze the change situation of water and rain and to make the right decision.
