The effective dissemination of core socialist values includes five elements:communicators,information,communication audience,communication channels,communication effect.The objective of constructing the effective communication mechanism of core socialist values should follow the concept of value propagation,from the audience research value,conversion words,need enhance the disseminator and the quality of the use of modern network media superiority four aspects,making this an organic whole harmonious,effective operation,so as to achieve the effective communication target of the core socialist values.
