Aging mechanism: irreparable accumulation of impairment caused by various biochemical-side reactions

It has been generally accepted that aging process is mutual consequence of genetic regulation and environmental damages. This review pointed for the first time that although aging is a course of physiology, old body is, nevertheless, sick on molecular level. When causes and mechanisms are discriminated, the essence of aging process can be discovered, namely, damage is causes, repair is response and irreparable accumulation of alterations is aging-associated consequence. The essence of aging mechanisms is a long-term accumulation of irreparable damage and alteration caused by various biochemical-side reactions.
