A High Accurate Antenna Servo System of Dual-Frequency Microwave Radiometer

Microwave radiometer is a kind of wideband receiver with high-sensitivity and low noise,dual-frequency microwave radiometer is applied for the inversion of the atmosphere vapor profile when sweptelevation measuring.In order to improve the measurement accuracy,it is necessary for the antenna servo system,especially in the low elevation,to run stably and locate with high accuracy.An microcomputer-controlled antenna servo system is presented in this paper,the principle of operation and the accuracy of location is analyzed,and the method of subdivision driver of the step motor is also described.The experiment shows that the system runs stably,responses rapidly,and locates with high degree of accuracy.
