A radar clutter evaluation and application system based on Geographic Information System(GIS) was designed to realize effective management and application of the land and sea clutter data.These functions of statistics analysis and management of the clutter data and radar performance evaluation were realized for this system based on the database of GIS and clutter.Moreover,a viewgraph of the clutter data and its consociation analysis with the actual terrain were developed by integrating the clutter data with the GIS.
