The sound and perfect of monitoring system is an important part in Chinese administration system reformation,as inner self monitoring system of government administration system,better administration system can promote ruling ability. Chinese ancient monitoring system rooted in absolute monarchy feudal society,among of it,there are several more advanced and effective monitoring awareness and theory is worthy of our research and learning,it has great reality meaning to improve current government ruling ability.
