APPLICATION OF HAMMING NEURAL NETWORK TO R&D PROJECT TERMINATION DECISION

An improved Hamming neural network is presented in the paper. Furthermore, the authors explore the possibility of the Hamming neural network to identify attributes of an ongoing RD project. This study attempts to develop a method to make decisions on RD project termination in an effective manner. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example.
