Distributed database management system(DDBMS) is one of the most important fields in the development of database technology.Compared with the traditional database technology,DDBMS confronts us with more problems.This thesis discusses mainly two of those problemsdata security and data transparency.It also discusses data inconsistency brought by data redundancy,providing a solution called delayed update,which gives the system more flexibility.
