On Hidden Problems Behind Full-time Counselors in Colleges

There arise a series of problems on the part of the counselors in colleges,which is the weak links in the entire educational system of the China waiting to be consolidated in educational system and economic transformations.Many solutions has been directed to full-time approach,which provides a solution for the chaotic situations and various omissions and hidden trouble on the part of part-time counselors.Due to obstacle in education system and concept consciousness,full-time approach is not perfect,nor is part-time approach the subject of criticism.The scientific approach to solve problems on the part of counselors in colleges is by detailed division of responsibilities and combination of full-time approach with part-time approach.
