Topic planning is a promotion of journal editor’s subject consciousness

The spirit of time,the social truth,the academic trend and the cultural knowledge are all reflected in journal’s topic planning that makes the journal have strategic significance.It is not only the editor’s creative work according the journal’s position,management idea to develop publishing resources and to design topics,but also the key of journal’s existence and development.A good topic planning is interwoven with the editor’s innovative consciousness and abilities that is the core of editing practice.The journal’s characteristic can be created,the hot problems and new research area can be guided by the editor’s topic planning.
