A study on classifying,causing and preventing of the improper behaviors in publication

During publication,the improper behaviors in academic of our country involve three aspects,author,referee and editor.According to the different responsibility,the several types of improper behaviors in the process of scientific publication are classified,the cause of the misconducts is analyzed also,and the possible preventing countermeasures proposed finally.
