Design of OFDM baseband processor based on IEEE802.11a WLAN standard and implementation on FPGA

An hardware circuit architecture about OFDM system based on IEEE802.11a WLAN standard is studied.The hardware circuit about high performance FFT processor,pilots insertion,and cyclic prefixing function is presented.The experiment on FPGA shows the 64-points FFT processor performs a 64 points transform in 2.55us at 20MHz sampling rate.
