Guangxi's sugar industry faces fierce competition at home and abroad.For sugar enterprises,IT is a powerful way that improves the efficiency and enhances the competitiveness.However,it is shortage of the research on micro-mechanism of IT diffusion.In this case,based on UTAUT model,the paper elaborates how enterprises to adopt IT after enterprise inducting IT.
