Original semantic constraints in the conversion from XML DTD to relational mode

The reason of semantic constraints loss caused by conversion from XML DTD to relational mode had been analyzed firstly.On the basis of improvement and extension for traditional algorithm,a new conversion algorithm which being able to keep corresponding structure and original semantic constraints had been given.The key point of the improvement algorithm is obtaining interim conversion mode graph during the process of the conversion from XML DTD to relational mode.The graph can express every state of the original semantic constraints very well.By searching every node in the graph and adopting the conversion algorithm,semantic constraints in the relational mode can be obtained correctly.
