Development of New Technology of Increasing Blast Temperature

The increase of high blast temperature is an effective measure to enhance pulverized coal injection rate,reduce energy consumption,and cost.According to the practical conditions at Baosteel,though improving blast stove technology and operation,and taking a series of measurements,high temperature blast can be supplied stably.At present the blast temperature of No.3 blast furnace can be stabilized at 1250 ℃ for a long time.The highest blast temperature can reach to 1280 ℃.The technology is world advanced one.
