The Influence of Non-formal Group on the Socialization of University Students' Morals

Non-formal group has the characteristics of conventional norms,unstable,and with the core leader having great influences,which can not be neglected in cultivating students' morals.University should show concerns for their study,life and moral experience,attach importance to positive guidance for the core leader and give full play to them.
