Research on Signal Readout System in Multilayer Waveguide Memory Based on Foucault Prism

A electronical controlling system, and the overall structure are designed and discussed in the signal readout system of multilayer waveguide memory. The test flow step is given. The mesh can be seen clearly in the multiplayer disc which was placed in the system of the multilayered waveguide optical memory. The experiment result shows that the system works well. It has important and practical signification to the multilayer waveguide optical memory.
