Researching of Encrypting Chinese Text in VB 6.0

The paper is studied thoroughly that the principles about encrypting Chinese text and the hashing function and the methods of generating and using random numbers in VB6. In the end, an approach to Encryption and Decryption Chinese text is also introduced.
