Problems and countermeasures in collection of enterprises' scientific and technological archive

The collection of scientific and technological archive in enterprises is the foundation ofthe archive management,which plays an important role on the technical reserve ability ofenterprises,market competitiveness and the capacity of archive serving prodcutions in science andresearch.Departments of the archive management should adopt vigorous and efficient treasures toimprove the systemazation and completeness of archived materials and to establish the archivestoring system with substantial contents and reasonable structures.The importance of archivecollections and existing problems and solutions in this process are expounded in this paper on thebase of working practice.
