With the development of society,the competition becomes fierce.Many software enterprises want to enhance their ability of competition via all kinds of ways.Team software process(TSP) can help the enterprise in middle or small size improve its capability in software development and process.It needs to study how to manage a TSP project.Based on the analyses of team software process,a software quality control platform driven by process scripts was presented and developed.User is permitted to tailor process scripts.Quality control automatization was realized.
